Guest Chef Series Dedicated to New York

Guest Chef Series Dedicated to New York

New Yorkers are notoriously proud of their city — and it’s easy to see why. In the seven years since we first opened Eataly NYC Flatiron, we’ve found that New York has some of the world’s best restaurants, ingredients, and guests.

Now, we want to give back to our community!

Introducing From New York to New York. This guest chef series at Manzo is our love letter to the city. Every month, a local chef will create a special dish using ingredients from local farms, and a portion of the proceeds will go to a local charity of the chef’s choice.

…local enough for ya, New Yorkers? Check out who is kicking off the series below!

December 1-31

Michael White of the Altamarea Group

La Quercia makes high-quality American artisan salumi from humanely raised heritage breed meat

Tortellini in Brodo, traditional pasta stuffed with La Quercia's tamworth prosciutto, all in a rich chicken broth

City Meals, which provides quality meals for the homebound elderly New Yorkers, including on weekends and holidays

On December 6, we are throwing the opening night party for Chef Michael White. Meet the chef and taste his dish for yourself at Manzo! During the evening, Chef Michael will be in the kitchen and the dining room, talking with our chefs and guests alike. Only during opening night, his world-class dish will be 50% off (just $11!), and we will double our donation to City Meals. To save your seat at this unique culinary event, simply book your table at Manzo.
