Enjoy an elegant Easter tasting menu at Manzo Ristorante, our fine-dining restaurant set aside from the bustling marketplace. Celebrating both the holiday and the arrival of spring, Eataly New York Executive Chef Fitz Tallon has designed the four decadent courses around seasonal produce, like Cavatelli alla Primavera (housemade cavatelli with spring vegetables and Pecorino Romano) and Agnello alla Griglia (grilled Colorado lamb with braised artichokes, mint, and olives).

LA PIZZA & LA PASTA
For a casual and fun Easter, stop by La Pizza & La Pasta for a traditional Easter dish, Pappardelle al Ragù di Agnello (housemade pappardelle with lamb ragù, mint, lemon, Pecorino Romano, and chili flakes). With picky family or friends? They can choose from the many favorite pizza or pasta dishes on the daily menu.
