Complimentary Bread Tastings at Eataly NYC Flatiron

This month, Eataly NYC Flatiron is celebrating bread and wine, the foundation of Italian cuisine. From October 10 to November 4, join us for complimentary tastings of our freshly-baked bread!

Sundays, 12-3 p.m. | Chocolate Bread & Spreads.
Need we say more? Our classic rustic bread with chocolate and a spread to match makes for a sweet snack worth biting into.

Mondays, 4-7 p.m. | Rustic Olive Bread & Mozzarella
The addition of olives to our classic rustic bread gives it a balanced, salty, briny flavor. Perfectly pairs with our mozzarella, which is made in-house every day!

Tuesdays, 4-7 p.m. | Rustico Classico Bread & Salumi
Flour, water, salt, and yeast. Those are the only ingredients our rustic bread uses, which makes a pairing as simple as salumi all the more satisfying.

Wednesdays, 12-3 p.m. | Rustic Fig Bread & Grapes
The fig gives the loaf a more pronounced taste, and along with grapes, this bread also pairs well with a stronger cheese that can keep up with the flavor.

Thursdays, 12-3 p.m. | Classic Focaccia & Flor Prosecco
Delicious. Our focaccia recipe mixes French and Italian tradition and the result is a pillow-soft bread that is perfectly complimented by a glass of bubbly Prosecco.

Fridays, 4-7 p.m. | Pane Mediterraneo & Olive Oil.
Our newest addition to the Eataly bakery. A unique blend of seven seeds and two whole-grain flours, this rustic bread perfectly represents the Mediterranean lifestyle. It is not only wholesome and nutritious, but also offers a rich and satisfying depth of flavor.
