Vino e Grano, our Market Kitchen & Wine Bar, brings the best of Italian products and local ingredients from our market into one restaurant and wine bar in downtown NYC. Here, we celebrate the craft of the food and wine artisan, who works with what the earth and the market offer every day, carrying forward regional traditions that have been at the center of the Italian table for generations. Discover a diversity of Italian ingredients and wines with menus featuring simple, high-quality dishes.


Every day, you will have a chance to choose daily specials sourced right from our meat and fish counters, based on our chef’s selections and what’s in season. The menu also features an all-new selection of Buoni Prodotti, a curated offering of our favorite humble yet high-quality ingredients, pulled straight from our marketplace, to give you a taste of the best of Italy just as it is meant to be served – simply. Pick and choose from the menu to taste each product just as it is, and you’ll see how a few good ingredients can make all the difference. As we always say: it’s difficult to be simple.


At Eataly we believe in the beauty that comes from the simplicity of exceptional ingredients, which is why we have dedicated a section of our menu to some of our favorite buoni prodotti (good products), a curated selection of regional specialties sourced from the best Italian and local producers. 

Start with paper-thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma DOP, produced exclusively in certain areas of Emilia-Romagna from heritage breed pigs, rubbed with sea salt and cured slowly over 18 months. Next, pair your prosciutto with our own housemade mozzarella, made daily at our Mozzarella Lab with fresh local cheese curds. Add on slices of our Pane Otto bread, baked fresh daily and made with Mulino Marino stone ground flour and our own lievito madre (mother yeast).

The choice is yours – try two or three (or more) to share, and discover a new artisan ingredient you may have never tried before!

In Italy, aperitivo is a casual, no-frills affair: a glass of wine, a board of thinly sliced salumi, some local cheeses to share, a good conversation with friends (and your neighbors at the next table). It's only natural that the simplest regional products embody the spirit of the casual Italian happy hour – so we've selected our favorite humble yet high-quality ingredients straight from our marketplace to feature on our happy hour menu. 

As you enjoy your aperitivo with friends, you’ll have the chance to talk to our experts about featured producers, take part in regular tastings and cooking demonstrations featuring seasonal ingredients. If your aperitivo stretches into dinner...well, we won’t blame you!
