To launch this unique beverage program, we sourced a veritable rainbow of wines from across Italy. The all-new menu will take you on a vino-venture as you enjoy sparkling favorites (Prosecco: always a good choice), swoop into adventurous orange territory (could it be the new rosé?), and end with rare dolci vintages (drink dessert like they do in Sicilia). As you sip, our expert beverage team will be happy to explain the complex viticultural methods that brought the diverse Italian varietal to your glass. Or you can just take it all in among our piazza-style seating.

Durum Wheat, Hard Red Spring Wheat, Emmer, Enkir, Rye, Soft Wheat, & Beyond

We're going back in time, celebrating grain varieties that have remained untouched for hundreds and even thousands of years. We work with the Italian mill Mulino Marino and New York mill Wild Hive to transform the freshest, highest quality grains into six varieties of bread, pasta, pizza alla pala, and beyond. As you taste our grain-focused dishes, you will get to know the biodiversity of one of the most important foods on our planet.
