Have you ever walked through a museum or gallery in admiration and envy of the masterpieces hung on the walls? You've come to the right place! This month at Eataly NYC Downtown, we've dedicated ourselves to the food and art of Toscana, a region that gave us artists and artisans celebrated across the world.
And now, for one night only, you can celebrate the likes of Michelangelo and Boticelli in true Tuscan style during our night of corks and canvases! On Thursday, April 27, we are partnering up with Painting Lounge to bring you a "Paint and Sip" event to remember.
Taking inspiration from places such as the Galleria degli Uffizi in Firenze, you can create your own masterpiece while indulging in Tuscan antipasti and wines. As you sip on a glass (or two, or three) of wine, your painting instructor will guide you step-by-step to create your own Tuscan-inspired masterpiece to hang on your wall (or even sell at a gallery). You can paint in the style of your favorite artist — after all, it's your blank canvas!
No painting experience is required. (Expert tip: the more vino you drink, the better your canvas will look.)
At $75 per person, tickets include access to painting equipment, along with unlimited Tuscan antipasti and wines.
Visit our pop-up restaurant, La Toscana, after class to complete your Tuscan journey and try some of the region's cuisine!
