In this flash lab, our Rossopomodoro pizzaioli will teach you the secrets of their trade as you learn how to make your own pizza dough from scratch. Next, you’ll get to choose your favorite toppings and then, we’ll bake your personal pizza creation to perfection in our wood-fire burning oven. Finally, you’ll get to enjoy your pizza masterpiece paired with a glass of vino. You’ll even get to take home extra dough to continue your pizza practice at home!

What's so special about our pizza? We've has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you Neapolitan pizza made according to generations-old techniques. Creamy mozzarella, charred yet elastic crust, sweet San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh seasonal toppings make for a pizza so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli.

We also use a one-of-a-kind wood-burning oven. The entire thing was imported from Italy and assembled brick-by-brick inside our store and painted gold. You can see how it works (and watch our pizzaioli in action) while at the counter of La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant.
