Prosecco Week at Eataly NYC Downtown

Prosecco Week at Eataly NYC Downtown

This holiday season, party like an Italian with Prosecco DOC! This iconic sparkling wine comes from the northern regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. A lover of romance and friendship, this bubbly Italian is always ready to celebrate.

Raise a glass during Prosecco Week at Eataly NYC Downtown! From December 11 to 17, immerse yourself in the iconic sparkling wine throughout our store.

IN THE RESTAURANTS

Special Flights at Vino e Grano and La Pizza & La Pasta * Restaurant Offers

Party like an Italian with a special flight at Vino e Grano and La Pizza & La Pasta. From the three varieties from the Consorzio di Prosecco DOC, you can compare the flavor profile, bubbles (points if you call them perlage!), color, and, most importantly, your overall enjoyment of the sparkling wines as you enjoy your meal.

In addition, throughout Prosecco Week, we will feature the sparkling wine in restaurants across Eataly. Enjoy a glass — or a bottle! See all restaurants.

AT FOODIVERSITÀ

Complimentary Tasting * Free Class

DECEMBER 11, 6 TO 7 P.M.
Pop by Foodiversità, our free "food university," for a complimentary tasting. Prosecco DOC experts will guide you through each vino.

DECEMBER 13, 6 TO 7 P.M.
For an even more in-depth taste, join us for a complete free class at Foodiversità. A member of the Consorzio di Prosecco DOC will introduce the sparkling wine before you taste eight different types of Prosecco. As you explore the nuance with our lead sommelier, you will enjoy bites of Venetian antipasti prepared by our chef.

Advance registration is not needed for either event, and participation is first come, first served. Find us in the scenic northwest corner of the market, overlooking 1 World Trade Center. All you have to do is pull up a stool, and get ready to sip and learn.
