Pesto di Pra’
This Ligurian producer has been cultivating high-quality basil and making the famous green sauce since 1827. Their Basilico Genovese DOP (a special variety of basil) is grown in the greenhouses, which are located in Pra’, a Ligurian town near Genova. The resulting pesto offers an infusion of bright Ligurian flavors jarred and ready for your table: fresh basil, olive oil, Grana Padano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, Italian pine nuts, sea salt, and garlic.
