At Eataly, we are proud to offer Thanksgiving turkeys that have been raised exclusively for us. We carefully sourced our birds from just two small-scale farms that follow the Eataly philosophy of good, clean, and fair. Every step taken ensures that the finished product on your Thanksgiving table is of the utmost quality and fullest flavor.

CASCUN FARMS | Greene, New York

Located on 125 acres of rolling pasture in the rural farming community of Greene in upstate New York, Cascun Farms is a family-run business that strives to raise only the highest quality heritage red bronze non-GMO turkeys on free-range pastures without using antibiotics or hormones.

Nicholas Breed Turkeys

A fourth-generation family-owned farm, Goffle Road Poultry is located in Wyckoff NJ. Due to increased demand, the farm expanded its plots of open land to Pennsylvania in order to allow their turkeys to continue to roam freely. All of their poultry is raised free-range in a natural environment, free of antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, and animal by-products.

Bred to be wild, Kelly Bronze Turkeys have won the award for the best free-range turkeys for more than 8 years in a row! The U.K.-based farm brought their award-winning turkeys to the U.S. in 2014 when they bought a farm in the foothills of the Blueridge mountains in Virginia. Each bird is dry-plucked (a process that is nearly extinct nowadays), hung, and carefully prepared. The unique KellyBronze is a breed that was reared over 75 years ago. For every kilo of weight they gain, the birds have eaten 30% more feed than a modern commercial turkey.
