La Birreria is our rooftop restaurant and microbrewery that offers the highest quality craft beer and food under the stars and skyline. Don't worry about the weather: our retractable roof and heaters keep us open in all seasons – rain, shine, or snow! Each season, La Birreria hosts a different pop-up restaurant with a different cultural phenomenon imported from Italy.
From April 25-28, La Birreria will be closed as we transform the space into SABBIA, the newest pop-up restaurant inspired by the Italian seaside. Join us for the grand opening at 5 p.m. April 29! While hosted by La Birreria, the sunny coastal restaurant will be unrecognizable with an all-new food and drink menu (but the same skyline view that you love). In collaboration with Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head, Teo Musso of Baladin, and Leonardo Di Vincenzo of Birra Del Borgo, Eataly's head brewer is brewing unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally-carbonated cask ales just 30 feet from where you sit, eat, and drink. Each of our housemade cask ales is served through traditional hand pumps at the perfect temperature, so you can enjoy our beers in the most natural and traditional way.
