Located on the third floor of Eataly Los Angeles, Terra is a rooftop restaurant and lounge featuring a wood-burning Italian grill and views of the Hollywood Hills. Named for "earth" in Italian, Terra's menu is centered around the grill, where our chef cooks seasonal raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine. The resulting earthy dishes pair perfectly with the botanical cocktails, regional Italian wines, and more.

A STUDY OF FIRE

The hottest event of the fall is happening at Eataly Los Angeles: A Study of Fire. This chef-studded pop-up event hosted on our wood-burning Italian grill, Terra will feature three extraordinary experts showing off their craft in the art of fire-filled dishes - from barbecue to open-flame cooking. The once-a-month dinner series kicked-off on September 22 with the beloved Kevin Bludso, and will follow next with Argentinian Chef Norberto Piattoni on October 20, and then with pop-up pitmaster Rebecca King on November 17. Reservations are required for each event and can be made through Opentable "Experiences".

ABOUT OUR PURVEYORS

Based along the Snake River in Eastern Idaho, Snake River Farms raises one of the most highly regarded herds of American Wagyu cattle in the world. Using a cross between the famed Japanese Wagyu and American Angus, the end result is a extremely tender and intensely flavorful cut. Located in Bakersfield, California, Weiser Family Farms is, and has always been, a family farming entity in the true sense of the word since its start in the 1970s. Cultivating a tapestry of high-quality produce year round, the Weiser family puts the utmost care and effort into selecting and growing their unique, locally grown produce. Started by a second generation Thai farmer, Thao Family Farms has been family owned and operated since 1979. Located in Fresno, California, this small farm is obsessed with high-quality – growing produce that is pesticide free with farming practices that focus on sustainability. Based in North San Diego County, Girl & Dug Farms is family-owned and operated organic farm. Aaron Choi is a second generation farmer who is known for his high-quality and delightfully unique produce, from everyday lettuces to badger flame beets.
