At Eataly, we believe that the more you know, the more you enjoy. Discover our food, our chefs, and the producers who inspire us at La Scuola di Eataly by Valcucine, our cooking school. 

Open to all ages, La Scuola is a place where you are encouraged to play with your food. Beloved Chef Lidia Bastianich, our dean, has developed a variety of classes and events at our cooking school, each offering a unique culinary experience. Learn to shape gnocchi, cook Italian regional dishes, pronounce “bruschetta” like a true Italian, and taste the difference between extra virgin olive oil from Toscana vs. Sicilia. La Scuola is Italy for food lovers, curated by people who are passionate about food and drink.

We chose Valcucine to design our cooking school because we believe in the art of craftsmanship, especially when it comes to food. Valcucine designs timeless kitchens that are made to last generations. La Scuola di Eataly by Valcucine reminds us that some of the most meaningful shared experiences take place in the kitchen.
