At Eataly, we showcase this passion by importing traditional varieties from Italy, such as Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP, Grana Padano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP, and prosciutto cotto. We also source the finest salumi and formaggi from America, such as Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese, CA, and Salumi Artisans, WA.

At our salumi and formaggi counter, you may have your meats and cheeses cut to order or pick up freshly-sliced varieties in our modified-atmosphere packaging. With all salumi and formaggi, our friendly and knowledgeable cheesemongers will tell you the story of the animals that produced it, the people who crafted it, and the land that gave it life.
