This summer, join us as our pasta experts at La Pizza & La Pasta take you on a journey to discover unique and unusual shapes of pasta! This August, discover Malloreddus alla Campidanese. From the island region of Sardina, this pasta is believed to come from the Sardo dialect word for "bull" for its fattened calf shape. Also called gnocchetti sardi or little Sardinian gnocchi, the pasta's tiny ridges perfectly capture the sausage and fennel ragù. Plus watch and learn on the first Thursday of each month, as our pastai (pastamakers) handmake the specialty pasta in our pasta dining room, then shop our Fresh Pasta counter to take home our housemade pasta to recreate the dish at home. Join us to taste our Pasta Della Casa, then put a reminder in your calendar to come back each month to discover the new shape!


Welcome to Cocktail Fest –– Eataly’s first-ever celebration of classic Italian drinks! From August 5 to 21, we’re raising a glass to Italy’s influence on global cocktail culture. Think of it as a two week bender at the best bars in Milan. And don’t worry –– your Italian will definitely improve after a few negroni.

Eataly has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you Neapolitan pizza made according to generations-old techniques. Creamy mozzarella, charred yet elastic crust, sweet San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh seasonal toppings make for a pizza so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli.



To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh and dry pasta. Our fresh pasta is made daily by our experts at the fresh pasta counter; we source our artisanal dried shapes from Gragnano, a hilltop town near Napoli. Regardless, our pasta is always al dente, just like in Italy, balanced with fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional Italian sauces.
