At Eataly, we showcase this passion by importing traditional varieties from Italy, such as Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP, Grana Padano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP, and prosciutto cotto.
