Every day, our pastry team makes small batches of gelato and sorbetto using only the highest quality whole milk from Straus Creamery in California, pistachios from Sicilia, hazelnuts from Piemonte, coffee from Lavazza, and more. Our gelato in Los Angeles boasts a wide selection of flavors served in a variety of handmade cones or even in a bombolone. These sweet frozen treats are available to enjoy in the spot or to take home – depending on how much you want to share, of course!

Il Gelato has more than 30 different flavors of gelato. That’s right – one flavor for each day of the month! In addition to the classics (think: pistacchio, cioccolato, and limone), our pastry team is constantly churning up new, seasonal flavors. Not sure if a flavor right for you? Simply ask your server at the gelato counter if you can sample it first.

This month, check out our newest spring flavor combination: coppa di pesto. Inspired by the bright flavors of Liguria, this gelato duo includes a combination of two unique gastronomic flavors: basil gelato, infused with fresh, aromatic basilico, and extra virgin olive oil gelato, made with light and buttery extra virgin olive oil from Liguria and sea salt from Sicilia. The result? A cup of artisanal gelato that will transport you straight to the Italian coast!
