Every day, we produce housemade small batches of gelato and sorbetto using only the highest quality ingredients and milk. 

We're proud to work with Patrizia Pasqualetti in creating our artisanal housemade gelato. Patrizia's career as a gelato chef begins with her enthusiasm to carry on the family business that her father, Giuseppe, started in Orvieto. From him, she learned that the best way to infuse the creamy dessert with the most authentic flavors was by following the seasons. She uses the highest-quality ingredients from local sources, including organic milk from Straus Creamery and California’s best seasonal fruit. Her goal is to make the flavors of each batch of gelato shine, so that those enjoying a scoop (or two…) can recognize the exquisite and subtle nature of each ingredient.
