COFFEE

TERRE ALTE

Terre Alte is a union between beans from two Slow Food Presidia producers: one from the highlands of Guatemala in Huehuetenango and one  from Campara in Honduras. The beans are lightly and slowly wood-roasted, then ground in a Torino prison as part of a social rehabilitation program supported by the Italian cooperative, Pausa Cafe. The result is high-quality coffee that values true sustainability.

LAVAZZA

Boasting more than 110 years of history, Lavazza is the result of its tenacious and intuitive founder, Luigi Lavazza. In 1895, he acquired a small grocery store in the heart of old Torino. Today, Lavazza is an industry leader when it comes to quality and is the symbol of Italian espresso worldwide. Visit Eataly's Caffè Lavazza to enjoy a cappuccino and a croissant today!

CAFFÈ VERGNANO

Caffè Vergnano was founded over 130-years ago as a small grocer's shop in Chieri, a small town at the foot of the Torino hills in the region of Piemonte. It is still run by the Vergnano family and sources the highest quality coffee beans from around the world. Grab an espresso at Eataly's Caffè Vergnano today!

TEA

VALVERBE

In the alpine valleys around Monte Viso (located in the Italian Alps near the French border in the region of Piemonte), at an altitude of about 1,650-4,950 feet above sea level, Valverbe grows, dries, and packages its own herbal teas. Fresh organic plants, without genetically-modified organisms, are packaged in double-wrapped tea bags with an organic cotton thread and no staples to offer you a soothing sip of health.

LA VIA DEL TE

Via del Te was founded in 1961 through the enterprising spirit of Alfredo Carrai. Alfredo was so fascinated by the world of tea that, despite his tender age, he decided to accept the challenge of introducing Italy the consumption and culture of a drink that was practically unknown at the time.

ALCE NERO

Alce Nero is a pioneer in organic farming in Italy. Their green tea is produced in southern India following traditional practices, while their fair-trade black tea uses leaves from Darjeeling and Nilgiri gardens.
