Since our humble beginnings in Torino, Eataly has always been all about bringing people together with high-quality food. In Los Angeles and across the U.S., we keep this alive by working closely with local and Italian producers who share our passion and dedication for food that is good, clean, and fair.

Italy meets Los Angeles in our Guest Chef Series! We are celebrating the Italian staples at La Pizza & La Pasta by inviting some of our favorite chefs from all across the city in for one-night-only to share pizza and pasta all under one (delicious) roof. Every month, a Guest Chef will bring his or her signature (or unique off-menu!) pizza or pasta dish that reflects their culinary identity and highlights the producers we work with here at Eataly L.A. Their dish will be offered at La Pizza & La Pasta menu and guests will have the chance to watch the chef in action, as they prepare their special in the restaurant.

UP NEXT: DANIEL CUTLER

This March, our Guest Chef Series is all about Neapolitan pizza! We are excited to have Chef and Owner of Ronan, Daniel Cutler, join us on the evening of Thursday, March 12 to serve up his signature pizza at La Pizza & La Pasta for one night only. Since opening, Ronan, owned by Daniel and his wife Caitlin, has taken Melrose by storm with its menu of local produce, responsibly raised proteins, and of course, Neapolitan pizza. 

As if you needed more reasons to come enjoy pizza with us, we will be devoting a portion of the pizza proceeds to the LAFD Foundation, which is constantly involved with and supports the LAFD in protecting life, property, and the environment by providing essential equipment, training, and public outreach programs to supplement city resources. ABOUT THE CHEF: DANIEL CUTLER

Daniel Cutler began his cooking career while attending college in Boulder, Colorado. He quickly rose to Sous Chef at the Flagstaff House, a prestigious destination restaurant in Colorado, where he received extensive training in French technique. He moved back to Los Angeles, where he was born and raised, in 2010, and found his interest in cooking starting to lean towards Italian traditions. He ended up at Sotto in 2012, and his obsession with Neapolitan pizza and wood-fired cooking was born. He met his wife, Caitlin, a year later when she joined the team at Sotto and they quickly realized a shared vision for their future goals in the hospitality industry. In 2018, they opened Ronan together with a vision to bring their personal brand of Italian influenced flavors to Los Angeles cooking, in an atmosphere that was beautiful and thoughfulm but more importantly, is fun and playful. In a sea of "Cal-Italian" restaurants, Ronan seeks to break the mold and bring new and innovative dishes that defy traditional expectations.
