Guest Chef Series at Eataly L.A.

Since our humble beginnings in Torino, Eataly has always been all about bringing people together with high-quality food. In Los Angeles and across the U.S., we keep this alive by working closely with local and Italian producers who share our passion and dedication for food that is good, clean, and fair.

Italy meets Los Angeles in our Guest Chef Series! Since our staple Italian restaurant  La Pizza & La Pasta is now opened outdoors on the patio, we are bringing back some of our favorite chefs from all across the city for one-night-only to celebrate pizza and pasta all under one (delicious) roof. 

Every month, a Guest Chef will bring his or her signature (or unique off-menu!) pizza or pasta dish that reflects their culinary identity and highlights the producers we work with here at Eataly L.A. Their dish will be offered at La Pizza & La Pasta for one night only.


On Thursday, December 10, we will be hosting Chef Jackson Kalb. Chef and owner of Jame Enoteca (El Segundo) and the newly opened Ospi (Venice), Kalb is known for his impressive pasta dishes and thin-crust pizzas. For one night only, you will be able to taste one of his signature pasta dishes, Raschiatelli with spicy pork sparerib sugo, crema do pecorino, pangrattato. Book your table now to join us!
