From September 30 through October 13, celebrate pasta of all shapes, sizes, and flavors during our fall Pasta Weeks! Try our new housemade pasta bar, shop new ingredients on sale at our pasta fresca counter, and learn to become an expert pastai in La Scuola.

The best place to enjoy high-quality pasta for pranzo? Our housemade pasta bar, La Pasta Fresca! In just minutes, you can taste regional dishes from all across the boot, made with fresh pasta from our very own marketplace. Choose from classics like Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and specials like Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa, all available for casual dine-in or quick take-away.

COOK UP FRESH PASTA AT HOME

Feeling inspired by all this pasta talk? Try your hand at making fresh pasta at home – but we'll take care of the pasta fresca part! Stop by our fresh pasta counter and get 30% off our housemade sauces when you buy one pound of fresh pasta!

Not in the mood for pasta ripiena? Try a high-quality pasta di Gragnano, made from semolina flour and water, extruded from bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperatures to keep the texture coarse and perfectly porous (note: this makes the sauce cling even better!), or golden pasta all'uovo made with eggs. Look out for special bundles of perfect pasta and sauce pairings, including some of our best producers like Afeltra, Urbani, and more! Whether it's regional favorites like Ligurian trofie with pesto alla genovese, or rich truffle sauce with egg tagliatelle, seize the moment to branch out and find a weeknight favorite.
