From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in our fresh pasta lab (located next to La Pizza & La Pasta), Chef Evan Funke will demonstrate regional shapes from his latest cookbook, American Sfoglino. Watch carefully - you may even pick up some tips and tricks to use at home!
