We’re celebrating the wonders of the sea with a unique selection of seafood at our fish counter, restaurant specials, and a pop-up oyster bar. Explore the calendar of events below! 

RESTAURANT SPECIALS

From July 8 to 21, dive into something new in celebration of our seasonal catches! 

LA PESCHERIA

Try our Mafaldine ai Gamberi featuring housemade Malfadine pasta, grilled shrimp, roasted garlic butter, lemon zest, basil at La Pescheria beginning July 8. 

As part of our new Summer at Eataly Las Vegas specials, you can enjoy select $1 oysters every Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at La Pescheria.

BAKERY

Perfect for Pesce Weeks, we’re serving up a breakfast pizza with fresh salmon. Try the Pizza al Salmone e Stracciatella (pizza with salmon and stracciatella) at our Bakery.

Squid ink pasta is a common delicacy, but how about squid ink bread? For a limited time, grab a loaf of freshly baked Pane al Nero di Seppia (squid ink bread).

You might have visited our fish counter before, but did you know that much of the fish we source is seasonal? That's right - even fish has a season! As the climate and tides change, certain fish migrate along the Atlantic Coast. We work with fishermen who follow the seasons and catch what the sea provides, which is a much more sustainable way to fish. Discover the variety at our fish counter.
