From September 30 through October 13, celebrate pasta of all shapes, sizes, and flavors during our fall Pasta Weeks! Enjoy special pasta dishes in our restaurants, a Chef's Table Pop-up with $5 bites, and more at our pasta fresca counter.

Celebrate Pasta Weeks with some of our favorite authentic dishes in our restaurants. Watch as our expert pastai (pasta makers) make fresh pasta before your eyes at La Pasta Fresca, then enjoy fresh pasta in a quick format.

Take a deeper dive into regional pasta shapes with our fresh pasta special at La Pizza e La Pasta in honor of the occasion. Try the Agnolotti del Plin al Tartufo, a traditional pasta shape from Piemonte filled with pork and veal and prepared with housemade Urbani white truffle butter.

Feeling inspired by all this pasta talk? Check out our recipe for fresh egg pasta and try your hand at making pasta at home! If you don't feel like cooking, you can also bring home some of our pasta fresca packaged and ready to go for your Italian dinner.

Not in the mood for pasta ripiena? Try a high-quality pasta di Gragnano, made from semolina flour and water, extruded from bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperatures to keep the texture coarse and perfectly porous (note: this makes the sauce cling even better!), or golden pasta all'uovo made with eggs. Look out for special sales on the perfect dried pasta and sauce pairings, including some of our best producers like Le Stagioni d'Italia, Urbani, and more! Whether it's regional favorites like Ligurian trofie with pesto alla genovese, or rich truffle sauce with egg tagliatelle, seize the moment to branch out and find a weeknight favorite.

Celebrate all things pasta with $5 bites during our Pasta Pop-up at Chef's Table on Saturday, October 12 from 2 to 6 p.m. Savor regional shapes and seasonal ingredients and pair with a glass or bottle of Italian wine for the ultimate pasta experience. Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa (Puglia)
Housemade orecchiette (meaning “little ears”) are the perfect shape to scoop up the chunkier sausage and broccoli rabe sauce.

Corzetti con Pesto Genovese (Liguria)
Corzetti originated in the Middle Ages when the Ligurian nobility would imprint a coat of arms on one side of this coin-shaped pasta and symbols on the other. The wide, flat shape makes this pasta ideal for the classic basil pesto from Genova.

Ravioli di Zucca (Emilia-Romagna)
Meet our new favorite comfort dish of the season: housemade ravioli with butternut squash, brown butter and amaretti cookies.
