LA PIZZA

Eataly has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you Neapolitan pizza made according to generations-old techniques. Creamy mozzarella, charred yet elastic crust, sweet San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh seasonal toppings make for a pizza so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli.

LA PASTA

To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh and dry pasta. Our fresh pasta is made daily by our experts at the fresh pasta counter; we source our artisanal dried shapes from Gragnano, a hilltop town near Napoli. Regardless, our pasta is always al dente, just like in Italy, balanced with fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional Italian sauces.

ABOUT PALLINI

When life gave them lemons, the Pallini family didn't make lemonade — they made limoncello! Since 1875, the Pallini family has been producing Limoncello, a natural liqueur traditionally made with prized organic Sfusato Amalfitano lemons and pure alcohol from molasses sugarbeets. First founded in Antrodoco, a town in Lazio, the family business relocated to the heart of Roma in 1922. Today, a new generation of the Pallini family is committed to offering only the freshest possible flavors while using sustainable and efficient methods.

Pallini continues to use Sfusato Amalfitano lemons in their limoncello. Literally “Amalfi spindle,” the lemons are named after their unique shape and tapered ends. Exclusively grown and handpicked along the Amalfi coast, the lemons measure at about four times the size of your average grocery store lemon and weigh almost a third of a pound each.

Limoncello is one of the most versatile, beloved, and well-known liqueurs in Italy. Enjoy our full drink menu, including the Pallini Spritz (your choice of Pallini's Limoncello, Peachello, or Raspicello mixed with Prosecco and sparkling water) or the Arnold Goes to Italy (Pallini Limoncello, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, Kollo Black Iced Tea and Fresh Lemon).
