OUR PRODUCTS
From Italian bronze-extruded pasta available in all shapes and sizes to boutique monovarietal extra virgin olive oils made from cold-pressed, hand-picked olives of Italy, the products at Eataly Las Vegas are truly unique. You can shop authentic balsamic vinegar that has been aged in barrels from 12 to 24 years, as well as cookies, cakes, and chocolate made the artisanal way in small confectionaries throughout Italy.
We also offer ground and whole bean Italian coffee from some of the most well-known coffee producers in Italy, and teas created from hand-picked herbs and flowers growing in Italian fields.
Our fresh products include more than 200 varieties of Italian and American salumi and formaggi, housemade mozzarella, freshly-baked bread made with organic stoneground flour, housemade fresh pasta crafted with organic semolina, and fresh-cut fruit. Guests can also shop (and eat) fresh meat, fish, cured meats, cheeses, and fresh pasta at Cucina del Mercato, our counter to table concept modeled after an authentic Italian market.
To pair with all that food, Eataly Las Vegas offers plenty of beverages. Visitors can quench their thirst with a variety of natural Italian sparkling sodas and fresh mineral water. Our selection of regional Italian wine is one of the largest and most diverse collections in all of Las Vegas, and we offer a curated selection of craft Italian beer.
