Sale-a-brate Eataly’s 15th anniversary every weekend in January at Eataly Dallas with demonstrations, tastings, complimentary flash classes, and over-the-top experiences throughout our Italian marketplace.

Every Friday through Sunday from January 7 - February 6, our experts are taking over the marketplace with live demonstrations, complimentary flash classes, and over-the-top moments to showcase the best of our marketplace. Every weekend we’ll be showcasing different specialties, so take a look at our calendar below to start planning your weekly visits to Eataly Dallas.

JANUARY 7-9 AND 14-16: TASTE THE BEST OF MADE IN EATALY

Every day, our artisans prepare dozens of authentic Italian dishes behind the scenes to fill our Made in Eataly fridges, bakery shelves, even restaurant menus. Now, we’re bringing them front and center so you can eat and learn about the freshly prepared foods that fill our store. From January 7-9, we’re kicking off sale-a-brate weekends with daily demos and classes focusing on some of these Made in Eataly favorites (think: fresh focaccia, succulent porchetta, rich sauces, and hand-stretched mozzarella). Watch our artisans prepare these authentic items at demonstrations around our marketplace, then follow them to La Scuola di Eataly, our cooking school, to learn how to prepare them yourself.

JANUARY 21-23: A VERY SWEET WEEKEND

Are you ready to taste a selection of our best-selling artisanal cakes? Friday, January 21 until Sunday, January 23, our pastry experts are showcasing the world of sweets with demonstrations of how they create the beautiful cakes that fill our pastry case, fry and fill our beloved cannoli, and assemble tiramisu della nonna. Plus, every day, help us sale-a-brate our pastry team with an over-the-top moment of sweetness - a pyramid of cannoli on Friday, extra long tiramisu della nonna on Saturday, and tower of cakes on Sunday! Taste these sweet bites, then learn how to make bring some sweetness into your kitchen during flash classes in La Scuola.

JANUARY 28-30: ALL ABOUT THE PASTA

Become a pastai (pasta maker) for the weekend! From January 28-30, learn about regional pasta dishes directly from our chefs, then taste pasta from northern, central, and southern Italy to explore the way each region celebrates its agricultural uniqueness. Want to dive deeper into the world of pasta? On January 26 and 30, celebrate this Italian staple during Sale-a-brate Eataly: Pasta Night. This all-inclusive, ticketed event includes a pasta-making class led by our expert pastai, a tour of pasta dishes from each of our three restaurants (with a perfectly paired glass of wine, of course!), finished off with a scoop of our housemade gelato, and a 10% off coupon so you can pick up pasta to bring home.
