It’s no secret that Dallas loves brunch - so our rooftop restaurant is giving it an Italian twist! Spend your Saturday or Sunday morning with wood-fired dishes like Bistecca e Uova, local uovo (eggs) prepared over our wood-burning grill alongside your choice of steak cuts, or go sweet with Terra Toast, housemade brioche, seasonal fruit, and whipped ricotta. Looking for a complete brunch experience? Enjoy Colazione Completa featuring all of our favorite brunch classics: Uova in Purgatorio, local eggs prepared in a Mutti tomato sauce with calabrian chile, red onion, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, a selection of housemade pastries, grilled bread with Italian butter and seasonal mostarda, and a Moka Pot filled with Italian espresso brewed over the open flame.

Complete your meal with classic brunch cocktails like Bloody Maria Affumicato (smokey bloody mary with a kick anyone?) and Frozé All Day, with hibiscus-infused Aviation gin, Abruzzo Rosé, and orange tea, for the ultimate Terra experience.

Ready for a customizable cocktail experience like no other? Join us at Terra for a Build-Your-Own Gin & Tonic! You pick your own gin (either classic or house-infused), tonic, garnishes (seasonal herbs, bright citrus, you name it!), and seasonal fruit you want to fill your glass. Say “salute” at sunset on our greenery-filled patio with one of our wood-kissed Italian dishes and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect pairing at Terra.

Meaning “for the table” in Italian, Per La Tavola is designed to be shared and features the best local and Italian ingredients cooked over the wood-fired grill. It begins with the chef's selection of antipasti (think: tender arrosticini and housemade burrata), then you choose  your main course (wild boar ribs, smoked duck breast, or dry-aged porterhouse - don’t make us choose!), accompanied by a selection of seasonal contorni (sides) Complete your meal with a glass (or two) or Italian vino, and housemade Fior di Latte gelato for an unforgettable evening,
