We offer an extensive selection of "freed" wines from Vino Libero, a consortium of 12 wine producers from the most prestigious Italian wine regions. All share the same purpose: to produce high-quality wines free of chemical fertilizers and herbicides, using minimal amounts of added sulfites (at least 40% below the legal limit). The associated wineries are committed to applying the most modern and sustainable farming practices with respect for the environment. The resulting wine is free from all of the negative elements that can interfere with the quality of wine to the benefit of the most authentic values in the broadest sense, also – but not only – with regard to the quality of life.

After conquering the restaurant world, Joe Bastianich returned to his roots in northeast Italy. He and his team have worked to bring a focus to the Friuli region, creating wines that use indigenous grape varietals. Over the past 15 years, the resulting wines have garnered the respect of wine enthusiasts around the world.

Aware of the enormous potential of the Maremma region of southwest Toscana, Eataly partners came together to create a new winery with a modern mission: to express this terroir to the fullest extent with new and exciting grape varieties.

Fontanafredda lies at the heart of Le Langhe in Piemonte, a hilly area dating back to ancient times that has always been a prime growing area for great wines. Their vineyards are located on gently contoured hillsides with rounded crests.

The name Borgogno is connected to one of the oldest wine cellars in Piemonte. Created in 1761 by Bartolomeo Borgogno, Borgogno has been crafting traditional wines for generations. We are proud to offer many back vintages of their Barolos, in addition to their other Piemontese specialties.

In the heart of La Morra in Piemonte, Agricola Brandini consists of organic vineyards that produce robust red wines such as Barolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto. The enologist Beppe Caviola stopped using selected yeasts and extractive enzymes in 2008, launching the company's organic certification process.

The story of Serafini & Vidotto, located in the Veneto region in Nervesa della Battaglia, the heart of Gioiosa Marca Trevigiana, is one of passion and respect: a passion for the land and for the DOC sparkling, white, and red wines made by two friends, and respect for the territory and its rich traditions.

The vineyards of Le Vigne di Zamò lie across some of Friuli's most prestigious subregions: Rossazzo, Rocca Bernarda, and Buttrio. Starting in 1924 with just an osteria, the Zamò family always had a passion for wine. Acquiring land throughout the years, they have a continued respect for the local grape varieties of the region that results in award-winning wines.

Mirafiore wine

The Mirafiore estate was originally built in 1858 by King Vittorio Emanuele II, Italy's first king. The winery was established in 1878 by his son and became internationally renowned, only to disappear at the beginning of the twentieth century. Recently, Fontanafredda has helped re-establish Mirafiore both as a classic winemaking label and as a pioneer in eco-friendly production and packaging.

Set in the timeless landscape of the Tuscan hills, Certosa di Belriguardo stands immersed in uncontaminated nature and in Tuscany's profound and ancient winemaking tradition. The production zone lies in the Chianti hills near Siena, an area dominated by the Sangiovese grape. Certosa has become one of the area's most original winemakers, and their wines perfectly express the land that has produced them.
