At Eataly, we believe that gelato and sorbetto are appropriate in any season and at any time of day. Every day, our team makes small batches of these frozen treats using only the highest quality ingredients. Enjoy our array of cups, cones, and take-home containers, including a four-scoop "Gigante" waffle cone. Not in the mood for a frozen treat? Pick up freshly filled cannoli, made to order, right next to our gelato counter.

All of our gelato is made in-house daily using non-homogenized, pasteurized whole milk from pasture raised, grass fed cows from Mill-King Market & Creamery in Central Texas. We slowly churn the milk together with the highest quality ingredients like pistachios from Sicilia, hazelnuts from Piemonte, and choice Venchi chocolate from Torino.

Our range of sorbetto is made with real, whole fruit and is both dairy-free and egg-free. The menu changes seasonally, and we're constantly experimenting with different ingredients – come by any season to try new flavors!

You can choose from more than six different cone options ranging in size and flavor. For a classic flavor, try our piccolo, medio, or grande cones. Looking for an extra special treat? Don’t miss our housemade gigante waffle cones. Get them dipped in chocolate and crushed nuts!

affogato gelato espresso


Meaning “drowned” in Italian, affogato is a classic Italian treat made by pouring a shot of hot espresso over gelato. You can try it our counter with any two scoops of gelato, plus whipped cream!



Not in the mood for a cold treat? Savor real Sicilian cannoli, made to order in-house. Our team will fill crunchy housemade cannoli shells or fried sweet dough right before your eyes with your choice of sweet ricotta, jam, and more, then roll the iconic treat in traditional toppings.
