PRIME CUTS & LOCAL MEAT
At Eataly, we source our meat from regional and local farms and ranches where the animals graze daily in open pastures and are humanely handled, and are never treated with antibiotics, added hormones, or growth-promoting drugs. You'll find cuts sourced from some of Texas' finest ranches and purveyors, including American Wagyu from Rosewood Ranches, sausages and more from Hudson Meat Market, and heritage chickens from Cobb Creek Farm. Shop everything from housemade sausages and marinated meats to prime cuts dry-aged in-house. All of our beef, pork, and game are cut to order and butchered traditionally in-house.
