Torrone is a classic Italian sweet that is traditionally served during the holidays, and is made using simple ingredients: honey, sugar, egg white, and toasted hazelnuts.

As always, the secret to making the most delicious and crunchy torrone is high-quality ingredients! From 12-2 p.m. at our tasting lab on the second floor, join us as one of our pastry experts demonstrates how to make torrone from scratch, using Italian honey, local eggs, and Piemontese hazelnuts. Then, explore the store to find more complimentary tastings from 12-5 p.m. of torrone made by artisanal Italian producers!
