SpringFest - La Dolce Vita Edition

SpringFest - La Dolce Vita Edition

We’re back, amici! Our first all-inclusive Eataly experience since 2019, SpringFest, is back and taking over our marketplace this April as our big finale to Vino Month.

On Friday, April 29, we are throwing our all-access experience from 6- 11 p.m. The theme of this year’s back-and-better-than-ever Springfest? La Dolce Vita (“the sweet life” in Italian)! Join us to gain total access to Eataly, complete with unlimited food, unlimited drink, and unlimited entertainment. Our chefs are crafting a menu of authentic Italian dishes for you to enjoy (think: Neapolitan-style pizza, fresh housemade pasta dishes, artisanal salumi and formaggi, and sweet Italian desserts). To pair, our experts and partners are overflowing with regional Italian wines, Italian spirits, and local craft beer.

As for the entertainment? We’ll have a live band playing all night long. We’re even inviting guests to dress up in their best retro-Italian attire, so put on your red lipstick, sunglasses, and ascot - best dressed has the chance to win a special prize! It doesn’t stop there - our beloved Italian and local partners are hosting fun activations throughout our marketplace for you to enjoy…

Sit back and relax in La Scuola at an Aperol Lounge featuring the infamous spritz and a caricaturist. Step inside La Birreria to cheers to local craft beer from Half Acre. Take a dance break at the piazza bar with Pallini, and take a step inside their 360 photo booth by our fresh counters. Make your way to Il Salone for a classic cocktail by Luxardo alongside another photo booth moment. And pretend you’re riding through the bustling streets of 1950’s Italy on vintage Vespas throughout the store. Ready for an Italian experience you won’t forget? Tickets are $99 per person.
