An Important Update Regarding SpringFest on March 20, 2020

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and community as a whole is, and always will be, our top priority. In light of current directions from the CDC and the government, we regret to inform you that due to the recent developments surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we have decided to postpone SpringFest to a later date. When it is decided, we can promise that you will be among the first to find out when that new date is!

If you purchased tickets, we will refund you for the full amount of your SpringFest ticket purchases within 3-5 business days to the credit card that was used to purchase your tickets. With questions, you can email us at chilascuola@eataly.com.

Our focus is and always remains the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and community as a whole. We are working every day to keep Eataly a safe environment for everyone. You, our community, are l’anima – the soul – of Eataly, and what drives us to offer you ways to eat better and live better every day.

Here are some of the measures that we are taking at Eataly Chicago:

Enhancements to our cleaning and sanitizing protocols, including increasing the frequency of cleanings and strengthening our deep cleaning verification program.

Proactive and interactive Health & Safety trainings with all of our staff (including more in-depth training on proper hand washing techniques).

Our policy has always been paid sick leave for all of our employees, so that our staff remains healthy and safe.

Active engagement with health departments throughout the city, state, and federal levels to ensure that we are always on top of the latest updates and protocols.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are grateful for your understanding at this time. La festa will go on – just a little bit later, and we look forward to seeing you there!
