In SABBIA, our new summer restaurant inspired by the Italian seaside, you can take classes featuring seasonal cocktails, Roman-style pizza, mozzarella, and more!

HOW TO COCKTAIL AT SABBIA

Fridays, 3 p.m.

In our hands-on cocktail-making class, you'll learn the basics of cocktail composition and balance, learn what ingredients and equipment are necessary for a well-stocked at-home bar, as well as appropriate ice, glassware, and garnishes. Our bartenders will teach you how to mix a summer-inspired cocktail from our menu in SABBIA to enjoy with a selection of antipasti from our chefs! See upcoming classes below.

HANDS-ON PIZZA ALLA PALA AT SABBIA

Wednesdays, 6 p.m.

In this hands-on pizza-making class, our chef of La Scuola, our cooking school, will show you how to make Roman-style pizza alla pala, known for its thick and crispy crust and soft, fluffy center. You’ll stretch and top your own pizza alla pala while sipping on a glass of perfectly-paired wine selected by our expert beverage team!  See upcoming classes below.

BUILD-YOUR-OWN CAPRESE AT SABBIA

Sundays, 3 p.m.

In this behind-the-scenes look at Eataly's mozzarella lab, guests will tour the production area with our cheesemonger, who will demonstrate how to make creamy, chewy mozzarella from curds and boiling salted water. After the tour, you'll be guided in a tasting of different types of tomatoes (think: cherry, heirloom, and more!). Then, build-your-own Caprese with our housemade mozzarella and your choice of tomatoes. Enjoy it all with a glass of perfectly-paired wine at our Caprese Bar in SABBIA! See upcoming classes below.
