Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with The Robey

At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us. 

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming executive chef Bradley Stellings from Wicker Park/Bucktown's Café Robey on Tuesday, July 4, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

Pizzaiolo Bradley created a unique Austrian Chicory Pizza (creme fraiche, Parmigiano Reggiano, nutmeg, salt, white pepper, pancetta, white onion, yellow chicory, and chives on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). To pair, Eataly and Rossopomodoro pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone created a patriotic pizza, called Indipendenza (red peppers, olives, onions, and mozzarella on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

The best part? $10 from every pizza pairing sold on Tuesday, July 4, will go to The Glenholme School, an independent, co-educational special needs boarding and day school for young people, ages 10 to 21 in middle school, high school and postgraduate. The positive atmosphere provides guidance to help students achieve competence both socially and academically. The school’s comprehensive learning environment bolsters the success of students with high functioning autism, ADHD, OCD, Tourette, depression, anxiety and various learning differences.
