At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing. From deep-dish to tavern-style to our own napoletana, the love, labor, and traditions that go into the dish are incredible. Each pizzaiolo – pizza maker – is trained in the art and technique; each ingredient is significant, down to the smallest basil leaf.
We want to celebrate all styles of pizza, so we’re launching an all-new weekly series: “Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings.” Why? Because four hands are better than two.
Every Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m., one of Chicago’s best chefs will team up with our pizzaioli at La Pizza & La Pasta to make a pizza using their choice of ingredients and one of our four new styles of pizza dough. The guest chef’s pizza will be plated side by side with a smaller version of our classic pizza napoletana, so you can compare each equally delicious style.
