At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us. 

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming chef and owner Carrie Nahabedian from NAHA on Tuesday, August 29, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

Pizzaiola Carrie created a reminiscent pizza called "Summer Memories from my Childhood" (San Marzano tomato sauce, Armenian string cheese, Greek Feta, roasted Tropea onions, Kalamata olives, spicy lamb Luleh Kebab, mint, and thyme on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). To pair, Simone Iavarone created his Mugnanese (eggplant, prosciutto cotto, and mozzarella di bufala on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

Plus, the team from Naha will be pouring a selection of Greek wines to enjoy alongside your pizza pairing!

The best part? $10 from each pizza pairing and all the proceeds from the Greek wines will go to the Greater Chicago Food Depository! Since 1979, the Food Depository has made a daily impact on hunger across Cook County. Last year, the Food Depository distributed 70 million pounds of food, 35% of which was fresh produce. Every day, they distribute the equivalent of 160,000 meals.
