At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us.
For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming Chef Sarah Grueneberg from Monteverde on Tuesday, March 21, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!
For the big night, Chef Sarah has created a special pizza creation named The Green Sea Monster (green beans, potatoes, shrimp, and mozzarella di bufala topped with Monteverde's parsley and basil pesto on Eataly's multi-grain Rustica pizza dough). It will be served for $18 alongside our pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone's Il Grande Ragno, meaning The Big Spider (eggplant, stracchino, mozzarella di bufala, mixed heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and pine nuts on Eataly's classic pizza dough).
