At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us. 

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming food writer Mike Gebert from Fooditor on Tuesday, May 16, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

For Quattro Mani, Pizzaiolo Mike created his own signature pizza called Fiamma (creme fraiche with black pepper, onion, speck, Galaverna Palagiaccio cheese, shaved asparagus, and Wildflower honey from Miele Thun on Rossopomodoro's Rustica pizza dough). To pair, Eataly and Rossopomodoro pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone is featuring his Carbonara (pancetta, egg yolk, Pecorino Romano, and black pepper on Rossopomodoro's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

To complete the pairing, choose Este! Este!! Este!!! by Di Montefiascone Le Pòggere, a crisp white wine paired by Mike Gebert and our sommelier, for just $10!

The best part? $10 from each pizza pairing sold on Tuesday, May 16, will go to Family Farmed, a non-profit organization committed to expanding the production, marketing and distribution of locally grown and responsibly produced food, in order to enhance the social, economic, and environmental health of our communities.
