At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us. 

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming chef and proprieter Mark Steuer from Funkenhausen, a new restaurant opening this fall in West Town, on Tuesday, August 1, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

For this special pizza pairing, Pizzaiolo Mark created the Newish Pizza (spicy white corn béchamel, fresh mozzarella, roasted knob onions, bacon, blistered cherry tomatoes, and fresh peaches on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). To pair, Eataly and Rossopomodoro pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone created his Ricottante (fresh ricotta, sweet Italian sausage, mozzarella di bufala topped with Mike's Hot Honey on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

For our adult amici, pair your pizzas with a cold glass of our newest housemade beer, Volumes of Fruit, for just $8! It pairs perfectly with Pizzaiolo Mark's fruit-forward pizza because it was brewed with 20 pounds of cherries, 30 pounds of apricots, and 60 pounds of peaches.

The best part? $10 from every pizza pairing sold on Tuesday, August 1, will go to the Chicago Foundation for Women, a local organization envisioning a world in which all women and girls have the opportunity to thrive in safe, just and healthy communities.
