Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with Lost Lake

Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with Lost Lake

At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us.

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming co-owners Paul McGee and Shelby Allison from Lost Lake in partnership with Chef Fred Noinaj on Tuesday, May 23, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guests' pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

Our Lost Lake Pizzaioli created the My Thai Pizza (Chinese sausage, Gulf shrimp, San Marzano tomato sauce with Thai basil, mozzarella, chili flake, and egg yolk on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). To pair, Eataly and Rossopomodoro pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone created Amatriciana (San Marzano tomato sauce, red onion, pancetta, chili flake, and Pecorino on Rossopomodoro's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

To complement your pizza pairing, Lost Lake will be serving up their Tic-Tac-Taxi (aged multi-island rum, overproof Jamaican rum, coconut, passionfruit, and lime) for $12.

The best part? $10 from every pizza pairing and $5 from each Tic-Tac-Taxi sold on Tuesday, May 23, will go to MASK (Mothers Against Senseless Killings), a local Chicago organization that works to build stronger communities through a focus on violence prevention, food insecurity, and housing.

No need to register for Quattro Mani; just show up at La Pizza & La Pasta or reserve your table! Then, join us all week for more pizza offerings.

Buon appetito!
