Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with Lorin Adolph

Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with Lorin Adolph

At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us.

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming Lorin Adolph, personal chef of Sam Zell, on Tuesday, August 15, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

Pizzaiolo Lorin took inspiration from the season with his Verde e Bianco (sliced zucchini, goat cheese, housemade ricotta, Calabrian chili, red onion, Castelvetrano olives, and lemon slices topped with a mint sauce on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). To pair, Eataly and Rossopomodoro pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone created his Girasole, meaning "sunflower," (cream, local corn, prosciutto cotto, and mozzarella di bufala on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

The best part? $10 from every pizza pairing sold on Tuesday, August 15, will go to the Chicago Children's Choir! Founded as a single choir in Hyde Park at the height of the Civil Rights Movement in 1956, today they serve 4,600 youth who represent all 57 Chicago zip codes. Since founding, they have established programs in 80 city schools, 10 neighborhoods, a choir for boys with changing voices and the world-renowned Voice of Chicago.

No need to register for Quattro Mani; just show up at La Pizza & La Pasta or reserve your table! Then, join us all week for more pizza offerings.

Buon appetito!
