Chefs Christine and Josh discovered the art of fried chicken on pizza, creating the Pizza alla Honey Butter Fried Chicken (fried chicken with honey butter, pimento pepper sauce, mozzarella, and shallots). Enjoy it for $18 alongside our pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone's Americanata (buffalo chicken, Eataly's housemade Calabrian cheese spread, mozzarella di bufala, and jalapeño).
