Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with CS Magazine

Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings with CS Magazine

At Eataly Chicago, we believe that pizza is a serious thing, which is why we've launched Quattro Mani: Pizza Pairings. After all, "four hands" are better than two! Held every Tuesday, the series features a different Chicago guest chef preparing pizza alongside our own pizzaioli — and you're invited to taste and learn with us.

For the next Quattro Mani, join us in welcoming group editor David Zivan from CS Magazine on Tuesday, June 13, from 6-9 p.m. Taste our talented guest's pizza plated side by side with our own Neapolitan-style variety at La Pizza & La Pasta!

Pizzaiolo David created a special pizza inspired by his upcoming marathon in October called The Long Run (San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, and sausage drizzled with garlic oil and topped with fresh arugula on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). To pair, Eataly and Rossopomodoro pizzaiolo Simone Iavarone created his Tonnarella (tuna, onion, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and mozzarella di bufala on Eataly's Classica pizza dough). Enjoy both for $18!

To complete your pizza pairing, choose a glass of rosé by Castello di Bossi for $12 per glass or $42 per bottle. Cin cin!

The best part? $10 from every pizza pairing sold on Tuesday, June 13, will go to The Lynn Sage Foundation, a local Chicago-based breast cancer research foundation funding some of the country's most promising young researchers in the field of breast cancer.

No need to register for Quattro Mani; just show up at La Pizza & La Pasta or reserve your table! Then, join us all week for more pizza offerings.

Buon appetito!
