A revolution in five ingredients, it's simplicity can't be beat. After hosting our first-ever Spaghettata as part of Chicago Tribune's Food Bowl festivities, we're bringing back the iconic event on Sunday, March 8, at La Pizza & La Pasta.

Wait, what's a spaghettata? It’s a party! Similar to pizzata, a spaghettata is a late night ritual for Italians. Got friends? Got wine? Got pasta? Let’s have a spaghettata! Feed everyone with one simple dish that can be made while everyone is gathered around the kitchen table.

For just $18, indulge in a classic antipasto and unlimited servings of Lo Spaghetto al Pomodoro (Afeltra spaghetto, Così Com’e' Datterino tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and basil). To participate, all you have to do is book a table at La Pizza & La Pasta between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. on March 8. Buon appetito!
