To celebrate the release of her latest book, My American Dream: A Life of Love, Family, and Food, Chef Jeremy Williams will demonstrate several of Lidia’s favorite recipes from throughout her life while Lidia shares her insights about the menu, cooking secrets and reflections on her memoir while you savor each bite. No Italian meal is complete without wine, so a beverage expert from Eataly will pour perfectly-paired wines with each course.

At $175 per person, your ticket includes five courses, five wine pairings, and a gift bag including your own copy of her memoir, a jar of Lidia's sauce, and a box of Lidia's pasta.

In My American Dream: A Life of Love, Family, and Food, released on April 3, Lidia takes readers from her life under communism, a dramatic escape across the border and life as a refugee, to her journey to America – penniless – and the launch of her food business. She describes the struggle to open her flagship Manhattan restaurant, Felidia, and all the accolades that followed, including the night that Julia Child and James Beard came to dine (which later resulted in the launch of Lidia’s TV career). The rest, they say, is history.
