Valentine's Day Chocolate Classes

Ci dispiace — these events with Perugina have passed. Stay tuned for the next set of chocolate-making classes in May 2019!

Italian for "kisses," learn how to make fresh Baci Perugina chocolates with Perugina's chocolate expert at Eataly Chicago on February 8 and 9!

Friday and Saturday, February 8 and 9, 5-7 p.m.

Want to see how Perugina Baci chocolates are made? Iwona, a chocolatier from Perugina, will host two complimentary chocolate-making demonstrations on Friday and Saturday, February 8 and 9, from 5-7 p.m. No reservations needed, just stop by our tasting lab on the second floor to see the master at work.

Saturday, January 9, 12:30-1:30 p.m.

At La Scuola, we believe that you are never too young to learn how to express yourself in the kitchen. In this special edition of Kids' Kitchen, bambini will join a Perugina expert in a hands-on experience as they taste chocolate and learn to create homemade Baci chocolates and Baci cookies. For this very special class, we are inviting our smaller chefs (ages six to 12) to our classroom.

Saturday, February 9, 2-3:30 p.m.

Chocolate is the most popular Valentine’s Day gift, so why not give the most authentic Valentine, one that originated near the birthplace of St. Valentine? Under the watchful eye of Perugina’s master chocolatier, you’ll create your very own handmade Baci confections. Baci means “kisses” in Italian and these decadent chocolate-hazelnut candies have been made in Perugia, near the historic home of St. Valentine, for over one hundred years. In honor of Valentine’s Day, we’re letting you in on the secret recipe!
