Curious about the Italian culture? From Italy to America is Eataly Chicago’s newest class series — and you're invited to join the conversation!

Join us for a monthly roundtable discussion focused on Italian-American and modern Italian culture through art, music, language, culture, and of course – great food and drink! Each month, we'll invite a local expert to host a conversation in La Scuola, our cooking school, and lead us in learning about all the different aspects of Italian-American and modern Italian culture.

Emmy Award-winning chef and Eataly partner Lidia Bastianich helped to kick off this new class series on Thursday, June 28. To follow, we've secured a lineup of incredible hosts to celebrate and discuss Italian-American and modern Italian culture. During each intimate discussion, guests will talk with the host and enjoy dishes selected by Lidia from her cookbooks that showcase both modern Italian and Italian-American cuisine.
