BUT FIRST, BUBBLES

Bollicine, which translates to "bubbles," includes all sparkling Italian wines (think: Prosecco, Franciacorta, and Trento DOC), each named because of the location and method in which it is made. For instance, Prosecco is produced using only Glera grapes grown in the cool climate of the Veneto region, and Franciacorta is made only using three types of grapes: Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco, and Chardonnay, grown near Lake Iseo in Lombardia. Through the summer months, our pop-up Bubbles Bar will be featuring a variety of bollicine to taste and enjoy through the warmer days.

THIS IS THE BLIND WINE TASTING

Curious to learn more about bubbles and the sparkling legacy they’ve left across Italy? Put your wine knowledge to the test at our Blind Wine Tasting - Bubbles Bar Edition. In this blind tasting class, you’ll learn the history, production methods, and flavors of the different varietals grown throughout the country.

Then, you’ll put your knowledge to the test with the Blind Wine Tasting. Our wine experts will choose three wines for you to taste and it’s up to you to guess the region, varietals, aromas, and more of each wine. These wines will be served alongside small antipasti bites from the Vino &... Bar menu so you can savor each sip (and bite!) throughout the tasting. The best part? The winner will receive a special prize!
