Yes, everything you've heard is true: Eataly Chicago has opened a Cannoli Bar! Treat your summer fling to a sweet date with the beloved Sicilian dessert, from the classics to special varieties in our guest pastry chef series. 

Choose your own cannoli adventure in five simple steps:

1. STEP UP TO THE BAR.

Find the Cannoli Bar on the first floor. Savor the experience there, or take a box of cannoli home with you.

2. CHOOSE FROM TRADITIONAL FLAVORS.

The menu promises to transport you to southern Italy (think: ricotta infused with candied orange, pistachio, and tiramisù).

3. OPT FOR THE SPECIAL TOPPINGS. 

Chocolate chips and crushed hazelnuts. You won't be sorry.

4. WATCH THE MAGIC. 

Before your eyes, our pastry chef will fill your crunchy cannoli shell with freshly-whipped sweet ricotta from Calabro, a family-owned and operated cheese company in Connecticut.

5. PAIR YOUR CANNOLI WITH VINO. 

The Cannoli Bar offers pairings like sweet Moscato d'Asti, ready-to-drink blood orange mimosas from Canella, and Prosecco.

After you taste the classics, keep the fire alive with your fling all summer long with special cannoli designed by some of Chicago's most popular pastry chefs. Through September, enjoy these unique cannoli exclusively at Eataly Chicago!

GUEST PASTRY CHEFS IN JULY

First up, savor cannoli created by Floriole's Sandra Holl and The Publican's Dana Cree. From July 3 to 31, the Cannoli Bar will feature the below four unique cannoli, rotating once in the middle of the month.

Mirtillo ("blueberry"): July 3 to 16
Lemon, blueberry, and basil ricotta, topped with fresh blueberries, and finished with powdered sugar

Sesamo ("sesame"): July 17 to 31
Tahini and chocolate ricotta, topped with chocolate shavings, and finished with honey and sesame seeds

Neapolitan Cheesecake: July 3 to 16
Chocolate ricotta, cheesecake strawberry ricotta, and plain ricotta topped with chocolate chips and freeze-dried strawberries and finished with powdered sugar

Mint Chocolate Chip: July 17 to 31
Mint ricotta with chocolate shavings, topped with cookie dough, and finished with powdered sugar
