After hosting our first-ever Spaghettata as part of Chicago Tribune's Food Bowl festivities, we're bringing back the iconic event on select Sundays this fall and holiday season at La Pizza & La Pasta.

Wait, what's a spaghettata? It’s a party! Similar to pizzata, a spaghettata is a late night ritual for Italians. Got friends? Got wine? Got pasta? Let’s have a spaghettata! Feed everyone with one simple dish that can be made while everyone is gathered around the kitchen table.

For just $18, indulge in a classic antipasto and unlimited servings of Lo Spaghetto al Pomodoro (Afeltra spaghetto, Così Com’e' Datterino tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and basil). To participate, all you have to do is book a table at La Pizza & La Pasta between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. on October 20, November 24, and December 22. Buon appetito!

Eataly has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you traditional Neapolitan pizza. Creamy mozzarella, charred yet elastic crust, and sweet San Marzano tomatoes make for a pizza so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli (pizza makers).

LA PASTA

To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy. Regardless, our pasta is always al dente, just like in Italy, balanced with complementary fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional Italian sauces.
